Orders & Payment

How do pre-orders work?

Some pieces are still in the making, in northern Italy or at the atelier in Stockholm. The product page shows when each will ship. Payment is taken at checkout, and you can cancel free of charge until your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us at care@benonhome.com as soon as you can. An order can be changed or cancelled until it leaves the atelier.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, as well as Bancontact, BLIK, MB WAY, MobilePay and Satispay. Payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to Sweden, the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping is complimentary within Sweden and the EU. To the UK it is 20 GBP, and to the US 30 USD.

How long does delivery take?

Pieces in stock leave the atelier within 3–4 business days. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days in Sweden, 2–5 in the EU, 3–5 to the UK and 3–6 to the US. A tracking number follows by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. For the UK and the US, all duties and import taxes are included at checkout. Within the EU, there are none.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return a piece?

Write to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Within the EU, send the pieces to the atelier with a carrier of your choice. From the UK and the US, we send you a UPS return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Full details are on our Returns page.

Can I exchange for another size or colour?

Return the piece and place a new order for the one you would like. That way, the new piece reaches you without waiting for the return.

Can I return bedding that has been unpacked?

Yes. You are welcome to unpack and look at it as you would in a shop. Bedding that has been washed or slept in cannot be sold again, and we may reduce the refund accordingly.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 14 days of your return request, to your original payment method. We may wait until the pieces are back with us.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or not at all?

Write to us at care@benonhome.com. We will make it right, at no cost to you.

About Benon

Where is Benon made?

Every piece is designed, patterned and prototyped at the atelier on Sankt Eriksgatan in Stockholm. Bed linen and towels are woven, cut and sewn in northern Italy, from long and extra-long staple Egyptian cotton. Cashmere is woven and made in Biella. Homewear is cut and sewn in Stockholm.
