Returns & Exchanges

Our pieces are made to be kept. Should one not be right, it can be returned within 14 days of arrival.

How it works

1. Write to us at care@benonhome.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the pieces you wish to return.

2. Pack the pieces carefully, ideally in their original packaging.

3. Within the EU, send the parcel with a carrier of your choice to Benon Home AB, Sankt Eriksgatan 13, 112 39 Stockholm, Sweden. From the UK and the US, we send you a UPS return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Mark parcels from outside the EU "Returned Goods".

Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Condition

You are welcome to unpack and look at your pieces as you would in a shop. Please do not wash or use anything you may wish to return. Washed or used pieces cannot be sold again, and we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We may wait until the pieces are back with us. If you return your entire order, the shipping you paid is refunded too.

Exchanges

An exchange is made as a return and a new order.

Faulty pieces

If a piece is faulty or not what you ordered, write to us. We collect it free of charge and repair, replace or refund it.
